The Opportunity:

Objectives aligned to this role:
Seamless integration of technical expertise combined with collaborative efforts across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that result in alignment of customer needs and drive the company's success in the competitive software market.
What would you do?
- Involved in client meetings to comprehensively grasp their process prerequisites.
- Re-engineer business processes to guarantee the seamless deployment with precision.
- Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
- Translate client requirements into system configurations and custom developments, while also formulating a feasible delivery timeline.
- Develop data migration and integration mappings.
- Generate web service specifications for integration, finalization, and testing purposes.
- Effectively address technical challenges related to servers, authentication, IIS, SQL/Oracle/Mongo DB and other technologies associated with CRM.
- Basic Knowledge in Cloud technology.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in eliciting customer requirements through various methods, Excellent customer relations skills.
- Solid grasp of process flows.
- Skilled in configuring platforms to align with business needs.
- Understanding of technology frameworks & basic knowledge in Cloud technology
- Proficient in:
- Exposure to Asp.net/C# with and hands on in Web services, JavaScript, and JSON
- SQL, Oracle databases, or NoSQL Database/ NoSQL Database
Good To Have:
- Front-end development, including HTML and CSS, XSLT
- Application development utilizing JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, and .NET, with a grasp of MVC Design Patterns.
Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering from a reputed college/ university OR bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
