The Opportunity:
We are in search of someone who is deeply committed to not only meeting but consistently exceeding customer expectations, while also delivering exceptional outcomes and actively enriching our dynamic team, all with the goal of ensuring our customers' delight.
Objectives aligned to this role:
Requirement gathering and analysis, Documentation, and Process Configuration.
What would you do?
- Engage in client meetings to thoroughly understand their process requirements.
- Streamline and enhance business processes to ensure precise deployment.
- Document detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Create clear and concise documentation, such as business process models, flowcharts, and user stories.
- Translate client needs into system configurations and customized solutions, while also creating a realistic delivery timeline
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation.
- Develop mappings for data migration and integration.
- Generate specifications for web services, ensuring seamless integration, finalization, and testing.
- Expertly tackle technical challenges related to servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other associated technologies.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in eliciting customer requirements through various methods, Excellent customer relations skills.
- Solid grasp of process flows.
- Skilled in configuring platforms to align with business needs.
- Understanding of technology frameworks & Architecture Awareness
- Skilled in SQL, Oracle databases, or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Asp.net/C# along with Web services, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, analytics, and effective troubleshooting.
- Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and creating excellent team dynamic.
- Proficient in multitasking and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Good to have:
- Hands-on development experience in web technologies.
- Awareness of UI/UX standards encompassing usage of HTML and CSS
Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering from a reputed college/ university OR bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
