The Opportunity:
We are looking for a candidate who has a genuine passion for learning and development, as well as a deep enthusiasm for tackling complex business challenges. Objectives aligned to this role:
Seamless integration of techno-functional expertise with business acumen combined with collaborative efforts across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that result in alignment of customer needs and drive the company's success in the competitive software market.
What would you do?
- Support entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Participate in managing the project schedule and quality.
- Work with cross functions/departments to ensure project delivery.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents (In delivery).
- Capture and Translate client requirements into system configuration and custom developments.
- Develop high level implementation plans.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability in problem-solving, analytics, and troubleshooting.
- Exhibit a proactive "get-it-done" attitude with a knack for solving challenges.
- Proficient in multitasking and meeting deadlines within a high-speed work environment.
- Capable of working harmoniously in a team setting and fostering positive team dynamics.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.TECH – CS/IT with 80% throughout in all educational qualifications (10th,12th, Graduation, and/or Post-Graduation).
