Objectives aligned to this role:
Requirement gathering and analysis, Documentation and Process Configuration
What would you do?
- Engage in client meetings to thoroughly understand their process requirements.
- Streamline and enhance business processes to ensure precise deployment.
- Document detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Create clear and concise documentation, such as business process models, flowcharts, and user stories.
- Translate client needs into system configurations and customized solutions, while also creating a realistic delivery timeline
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation.
- Develop mappings for data migration and integration.
- Generate specifications for web services, ensuring seamless integration, finalization, and testing.
- Tackle technical challenges related to servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other associated technologies.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in eliciting customer requirements through various methods, Excellent customer relations skills.
- Solid grasp of process flows.
- Skilled in configuring platforms to align with business needs.
- Understanding of technology frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle databases, or NoSQL Database
- Proven ability in problem-solving, analytics, and troubleshooting.
- Exhibit a proactive "get-it-done" attitude with a knack for solving challenges.
- Proficient in multitasking and meeting deadlines within a high-speed work environment.
- Capable of working harmoniously in a team setting and fostering positive team dynamics.
Good To Have:
- Exposure to Asp.net/C# with an understanding of Web services, JavaScript, and JSON
- Front-end development, including HTML and CSS
- Application development utilizing JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, and .NET, with a grasp of MVC Design Patterns.
Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering from a reputed college/ university OR bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
